Please tell us in more detail about step 11 (how to cook the dough). I've never done this.

The dough is cooked exactly the same as regular pasta. Place a layer of dough into boiling water in a wide saucepan and let it cook until half cooked. Make sure the layers don't stick together, that's all. Some people prefer not to cook the dough, because it already bakes well.
