Wash the beets thoroughly under running water and boil them in a small amount of water. I’ll tell you a little secret, not even two secrets: do not salt the beets while cooking, so they will cook faster. And if you don’t have enough time to cook beets, let the water boil and boil the beets for about 15 minutes, then drain the boiling water and fill it again with cold water, this procedure reduces the cooking time from 15 to 30 minutes.
