I will definitely make this salad because our family loves everything with beets. The only small piece of advice is that it is better to bake the beets in the oven, it is inconvenient that it takes a long time, one and a half to two hours, but the taste is completely different.

I'm currently in the process of giving up mayonnaise. And your recipe came in handy. A dressing of honey and lemon juice (just a little) is a real godsend. For me, of course. And further.
