My beer batter for fish will turn out less fluffy than with eggs. But no less tasty! My beer was light, so we didn’t feel any bitterness). Kneading the dough is very easy. I took all the ingredients according to the list and in the same quantities. The batter turned out to be quite thick and completely envelops the fish pieces. The fish in this batter fried quickly and the batter did not slip! We liked it, crispy, tasty and smells amazing!
