Beef steak on the grill on a grill on coals

Juicy, incredibly tender and tasty, delicious, with a crust! Beef steak on the grill on the grill is fried over coals very quickly. The meat turns out very aromatic and soft due to the marinade in olive oil and peppers. In the same way, you can cook it in the oven or on a grill pan.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to grill beef steaks over charcoal? Which part of the carcass is best to use for this? Premium steaks are ideal for cooking. They are made from that part of the carcass that is cut from the back of a bull. There, the muscles are less involved in the movement of the animal, which means the meat is tender and soft. Premium steaks do not require intensive marinating; it is enough to soak the beef in a mixture of peppers, seasonings and oil to highlight the amazing taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Prepare the steaks in advance, remove them from the vacuum packaging, dry them with paper towels, wrap them in parchment and place them in the refrigerator for two to three days. Aged meat becomes juicier and softer.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

You can salt the beef at the stage before putting it in the refrigerator, or you can skip this step and add salt after the steaks are ready. I usually salt already cooked steaks.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Prepare everything you need for the marinade. Rinse bell peppers and chili peppers. Remove seeds and stems. Chili can be omitted from the list of ingredients if you don't like it spicy. Cut the peppers into small pieces, this will make it easier to grind them in a blender.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place unscented olive or vegetable oil into a blender bowl. Add peppers, including peas.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Grind until smooth.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour the marinade over the steaks and massage lightly to evenly distribute the pepper mixture.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the meat in a bag and leave at room temperature for an hour or two.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Light up the grill. Wait until the wood burns out and only coals remain. Wash the grill and grease it with vegetable oil. Place the marinated steaks on the grill.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

After a minute and a half, turn the pieces of meat over to the other side. It is better to use tongs for turning so as not to injure the steak and keep all the juices inside.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Cook steaks, turning occasionally, until desired doneness. The steak is sealed over hot coals, a golden crust is formed on the outside, and juicy meat remains inside.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Place the finished steaks on a flat surface and sprinkle with coarse salt (if you didn’t salt it earlier, step 3).

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Cover the top with foil and leave it like that for 5-10 minutes.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Serve with fresh or char-grilled vegetables and various sauces.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Cut the steak into portions with a sharp thin knife and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

Stunningly tasty and amazingly juicy beef meat cooked on charcoal is ready! Serve hot.

My husband will long ago forgive me if I prepared a dish from beef, and not, as usual, from pork. The cooking recipe is practically no different from my usual one, the only thing is that I have never used kiwi for marinade. I think it’s worth a try, since everything I’ve cooked on this culinary site has always made me happy. My cookbook is actively being updated with excellent recipes!

Simply a great recipe: Grilled beef steak on a charcoal grill. Everything is so detailed and accessible. We made only 2 pieces to try and regretted that it was not enough. Next time I will cook more, because it is very tasty! Many thanks to the author of the recipe!
