Beef soup in a slow cooker is a recipe that is “easy as pie.” Despite the fact that it takes 2 hours to cook, you don’t need to put much effort into the cooking process. The meat is cooked for one hour, the remaining ingredients are boiled with the meat for one hour. All that is required is to chop the beef and vegetables, rinse the buckwheat and add spices. The slow cooker does the rest. Instead of onions, I added chopped green onions at the end of cooking. The beef turned out to be very tender. Despite the fact that the soup contains a minimal set of ingredients, its taste is very rich and bright. Buckwheat and beef create an excellent flavor combination. Thank you very much for the recipe! Lunch turned out great!
