Since childhood, I remember the aroma of my grandmother’s pies, which gathered our family around the table. These moments inspired my culinary path. In every plate I find a piece of another culture, be it Italian pasta or Indian curry. I believe that cooking is not only a process, but also an opportunity to unite family and friends. My goal is to show that delicious meals can be simple and accessible to everyone. There is no difficulty in cooking, there is only the joy of creativity and sharing love through food.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at HTMi, Hotel and Tourism Management Institute Switzerland.
