Beef ovdukh on matsoni
A light and appetizing dish with an interesting fresh taste. Beef ovdukh on matsoni is a traditional Georgian okroshka and is prepared in almost the same way as our favorite cool summer delight. This culinary recipe caught my eye in a desk calendar, I also remembered the sultry date well - July 16th, it was at the height of the heat, and since I had already simply eaten too much of okroshka made with kvass and whey, I decided to diversify the table, and at the same time get to know another side of Georgian cuisine. After all, hot Georgian food is known very widely, which cannot be said about cold dishes, which are so wonderfully refreshing in the sultry summer, which often happens in Georgia.

Hearty, light and delicious summer soup. I really love okroshka in any combination. But I have never seen such a recipe before. The taste of okroshka is excellent.
