How to quickly and easily prepare beef liver pancakes with onions and sour cream, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices to prepare perfect liver pancakes with rice.
STEP 2

To prepare the dish, take eight hundred grams of beef liver, then remove the film from it and rinse well, then cut the liver into small random pieces.
STEP 3

Cut one onion into arbitrary large slices.

Take a meat grinder and place a large grate on it, then pass the chopped liver with onions through the meat grinder into a deep bowl and add salt to taste.

Place one hundred grams of pre-cooked rice until half cooked in a common bowl.
