Beef liver pancakes

Healthy and tasty, easy and simple, for the whole family! Beef liver pancakes are easier to prepare than the same liver. You grind everything in a blender and then fry it in oil in a frying pan. You can bake it in the oven for a more dietary option. The dish is suitable for baby food.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make beef liver pancakes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is better to use fresh beef liver - it will make the pancakes softer and more tender.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the beef liver thoroughly, remove films and internal ducts and blood clots. Pat the liver dry with a paper towel and cut into medium pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Place beef liver in a blender bowl and blend until smooth. You should get something like this thick “minced meat”. If you have a small blender, then it is better to grind the liver in parts, since a large volume is difficult to grind and the device may overheat. If you have a kitchen machine, you can grind the entire volume of liver in it. If you don’t have a blender, you can also grind the liver through a meat grinder.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add milk, egg, flour, salt and pepper to the chopped beef liver.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Beat everything again until smooth. This time the mass will be quite liquid.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the dough into a bowl and leave for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. During this time, the flour will swell and thicken the dough. If after the specified time the dough is still too liquid, sift another 1 tbsp into the dough. l. flour and mix the mass. Instead of flour, you can use semolina.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

In a frying pan over medium heat (I use mode 5-6 out of 9), heat the vegetable oil, spoon out the liver dough, forming small round pancakes. Fry the liver pancakes for 5-6 minutes on both sides until cooked, periodically adding vegetable oil. Accurate Frying time depends on the thickness of your pan, the strength of the heat and the consistency of the liver dough.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

The inside of the pancakes should be brownish in color. Blood may be released during the first minutes of roasting. In well-fried pancakes there should be no blood either inside or outside (unless you prefer this degree of frying). Transfer the finished pancakes to a dish and serve. Absolutely any side dish will go with them. Bon appetit!

Great recipe. The pancakes turn out really tender and tasty. You can also add semolina to the dough instead of flour, it will be even more tender.

I usually stew or fry the liver. And here is such a tempting recipe - chopped, mixed and fried. I made beef liver pancakes using this recipe. The description is clear and accessible. Simple cooking process. The liver was ground into pieces. Thank you, the author suggested that it is better to do it in small portions in a small blender. I added all the products on the list to the liver mince. Among the spices I also added ground nutmeg and sweet ground paprika. The liver dough for pancakes came out of medium thickness; I didn’t add any more flour. I fried liver pancakes over low heat in odorless oil. It turned out to be a lot of liver pancakes. They were perfectly cooked and brown inside. Beef liver pancakes are tender, aromatic and very tasty. All the household members carried the pancakes while still hot from the table))) We liked the liver in this version even more than fried or stewed. Now I will cook pancakes from liver more often and recommend them to everyone. The recipe is simple and very tasty. Thanks a lot to the author!
