Beef liver in sour cream in a frying pan

A tasty and healthy liver dish in just 1 hour. I like this recipe because it makes a lot of delicious sauce. Any side dish is suitable, but it tastes best with cereals or pasta or mashed potatoes.

Thanks for the great recipe! I simply fry beef liver with onions, which is also a good option.
