  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make beef goulash like in kindergarten? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose beef without bones.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the meat into small pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add the chopped meat. Fry it for a few minutes. During frying, the meat will change color and begin to brown a little.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Prepare the vegetables separately. Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them to remove dirt. Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add the onions and carrots to the frying pan with the meat and fry everything together for a minute. At the same time, a characteristic aroma will appear from the vegetables.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

In a separate glass, mix cold water with tomato paste and add flour. Stir until no lumps of flour remain. The amount of water can be changed in any direction. I like there to be a lot of gravy, so sometimes I add even more water.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the resulting sauce over the meat in the frying pan and bring to a boil. Add salt and spices to taste. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat over low heat for 30-40 minutes. The meat should become soft.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Goulash is ready! This is the perfect dish to complement any side dish. Rice, buckwheat, pasta or mashed potatoes are perfect. Bon appetit!

The beef goulash turned out delicious just like in kindergarten. Tender and soft meat, vegetables are soft and almost not felt, but they are visible, so this dish is not for all children, but just right for adults. According to the author's advice, garnish with mashed potatoes. Great combination. Nourishing.

Made it, very tasty! I served it not with mashed potatoes, but with porridge. By the way, I recommend it! Millet will do, as will rice, buckwheat, barley, chaff, and so on. Don't neglect the porridge!
