    Add washed rice to the boiling broth and leave to cook for 15 minutes. Choose long-grain, steamed rice for the soup. It's harder to boil, so it's less likely to turn into mush.

    At this time, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes. Carrots can be grated on a coarse grater.

I was thinking about what soup to make for lunch and this recipe just caught my eye. And there was a piece of beef available. This meat is very healthy, although it takes a long time to cook) I cooked it as indicated in the recipe for 1.5 hours. Then I added another half an hour, the meat was still a bit tough. I had frozen peppers, used half for frying, and the other half for broth. By the way, I also put garlic in the broth, it seems to me that the soup will turn out tastier this way) It’s generally not customary to cook soup with beef and rice and not add potatoes) But nevertheless, the soup turned out not only tasty, but also filling! And the smoked paprika made it even more flavorful. The whole family liked the soup and had a great lunch. Thanks for the recipe!
