STEP 1

How to make beef and rice soup? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Beef for soup can be taken on the bones or just pulp.
STEP 2

Rinse the meat in running water. Then fill with cold water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 1.5 hours over low heat. When boiling, foam will appear - it must be skimmed off. When the meat is cooked, separate it from the bones and strain the broth. Return the meat to the broth.
STEP 3

Add washed rice to the boiling broth and leave to cook for 15 minutes. Choose long-grain, steamed rice for the soup. It's harder to boil, so it's less likely to turn into mush.
STEP 4

At this time, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes. Carrots can be grated on a coarse grater.
STEP 5

Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. Add the prepared vegetables and fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 6

Then add chopped tomatoes to the pan. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. During this time, tomatoes will let juice and become soft.
STEP 7

Place the finished frying in a saucepan and cook everything together for another 5-10 minutes until the rice is ready. The rice should become soft.
STEP 8

A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, add bay leaf, salt, spices and paprika to the soup. Pass a couple of cloves of garlic through a press. Remove the finished soup from the heat and leave to stand for a while under the lid. Bon appetit!
