You can quickly and easily prepare an excellent bean and cucumber salad. While the egg was boiling, I cut the cucumber into strips and drained the liquid from the beans. Cool the egg and cut it into small cubes. I crushed the garlic and mixed it with sour cream, adding salt. Combined all the ingredients and seasoned with sour cream and garlic.
