STEP 1

How to make a salad with beans, cucumber and eggs? Very fast and simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use canned beans, either white or red. If you have ready-made boiled beans, you can use them. You can add the vegetable part of the salad to your taste.
STEP 2

Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut into small cubes. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off.
STEP 3

Drain all the liquid from the canned beans and place the beans in a colander. It is advisable to rinse the beans with cold water to get rid of any remaining viscous juice. Dry the washed beans so that the salad does not turn out watery.
STEP 4

Boil the egg hard, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes. You can increase the number of eggs to two if they are small (second category). The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
STEP 5

Place canned beans, cucumbers, chopped egg and a clove of garlic passed through a press into a salad bowl. If you wish, you can omit the garlic at all or replace it with onions or green onions.
STEP 6

Season the salad with sour cream and mix. Then add salt to taste and mix again. You can replace sour cream with mayonnaise, natural yogurt without additives. Or mix sour cream with mayonnaise in the proportions that suit your taste. You will get a delicious, delicate dressing.
STEP 7

It is advisable to prepare a salad with canned beans, eggs and cucumber immediately before serving, because storing it in the refrigerator can worsen its taste. Bon appetit!
