I made yeast buns with banana for tea. I took dry yeast. She kneaded the dough and let it rise. Formed buns. I placed them on a baking sheet and brushed them with egg. The finished buns are golden brown, soft, with a slight aroma and a distant taste of banana. There wasn't enough sweetness in the bun for me. That’s why I ate them with jam. In general, I liked this recipe! It’s easy to prepare and the result is so tasty! Thanks to the author!
