Banana bread in the oven from Andy Chef

Wonderful non-trivial bread for breakfast. Bananas for this recipe can be taken either very ripe (with black dots on the peel) or firmer, but not green. Andrey himself advises cooking from soft, ripe bananas.

    Melt the butter and cool.

    Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree.

    Add egg and sugar to bananas. Mix everything well until smooth.
