STEP 1
The process of preparing dried turkey fillet occurs in 2 stages. The first stage is marinating the meat. At this stage you need to mix all the spices together. Before doing this, it is advisable to grind the juniper seeds in a mortar.
STEP 2
Place the fillet in a plastic bag, which we can close with a zipper or in another way. Then we put all the spices inside the bag.
STEP 3
Pour 300 ml there. vodka. Mix everything together and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for five days.
STEP 4
At the second stage, wash the fillets in running water and wipe with paper towels.
STEP 5
We also mix the spices for sprinkling the fillets. Rub a piece of meat with the resulting mixture and leave to dry for at least fifteen days.
