Baked sweet potato

STEP 1

Boil the sweet potatoes and potatoes with their skins in lightly salted water. Cut a medium sweet potato into 3 parts and place in a fireproof bowl. This time we are only cooking sweet potatoes. You can cook potatoes in the same way, or potatoes and sweet potatoes in different proportions.
STEP 2

Now we will turn these pieces into flat cakes using a vegetable press. The bright orange flesh of sweet potatoes is very nutritious. It improves the condition of the skin, because it contains a lot of beta-carotene.
STEP 3

Using a brush, brush our sweet potato cakes with olive oil. I'll add a little smoked paprika to it for flavor. Sprinkle with coarse Himalayan salt and spices, you can use any dry spices you like. I have herbs of Provence.
STEP 4

Now put it in the oven at maximum temperature, at the very top, for 15 minutes.
