How to make bagels with poppy seeds from yeast dough? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for making delicious rich bagels.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl and pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk at room temperature into it.
STEP 3

Place seven grams of dry instant yeast and fifty grams of sugar into a bowl.
STEP 4

Place three tablespoons of premium wheat flour from the total mass into a bowl.
STEP 5

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well together, then place the bowl in a warm place to activate the yeast for fifteen minutes.
STEP 6

Take a large bowl and crack one chicken egg into it, then add one third of a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl and mix.
STEP 7

Place the activated yeast dough in a bowl with the egg mixture and mix all ingredients well until smooth.
STEP 8

Take a fine sieve and sift four hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour into a common bowl, then add one teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl.

Place fifty grams of softened butter in a bowl and mix all the ingredients together to knead the dough.

Continue kneading the dough well in the bowl with your hands for five to seven minutes until you reach the desired consistency. Please note that you may need more or less flour than I did. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

Place the dough gathered into a ball into a bowl and grease it on top with one tablespoon of vegetable oil, then cover the bowl with a napkin and place in a warm place for forty minutes.
STEP 12

To prepare the filling, pour seventy-five grams of edible poppy seeds into a saucepan, then pour two hundred milliliters of boiling water into the saucepan and stir, then cover the saucepan with a lid and set it aside for twenty minutes for the poppy seeds to swell.
STEP 13

Take a fine sieve and strain out the swollen poppy seeds, then put them back into the saucepan.
STEP 14

Pour thirty-five grams of sugar into a saucepan with poppy seeds and grind all the ingredients with a blender until paste-like, then add one tablespoon of milk, twenty grams of butter to the saucepan and place it on the stove, which you turn on to low heat.

Break one chicken egg and separate the white from the yolk, then beat the white well in a bowl.
STEP 16

Add the whipped egg white to the saucepan with the poppy seeds and cook, stirring, for five minutes, then remove the saucepan from the stove and cool the prepared filling.
STEP 17

After time has passed, sprinkle the table with a small amount of wheat flour and lay out the dough, which you then knead into a flat cake.
STEP 18

Roll the flatbread into a tight roll, which you then divide into four parts and form and mold each into a bun.
STEP 19

Knead and roll out each bun to a cake three millimeters thick, which then, in turn, divide into four parts with a knife.
STEP 20

Place the required amount of prepared poppy seed filling on each part of the flatbread in an even layer.
STEP 21

Roll the filled flatbreads into tight rolls and form bagels, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment and leave to rise for twenty-five minutes.
STEP 22

As time passes, brush the leftover bagels with egg yolk, beaten with two tablespoons of milk.
STEP 23

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake the bagels until fully cooked, about 15 minutes. Focus on your oven!

After time has passed, remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the cooked bagels on a plate.
