Bacon soup

STEP 1

How to cook creamy soup with bacon? Prepare the following ingredients. Wash the vegetables, peel and cut into small cubes. Cut the bacon into cubes too.
STEP 2

In vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan, fry the bacon over medium heat until golden brown, then carefully spoon it into a separate bowl. Now you will need bacon to serve the finished dish.
STEP 3

In the pan with the oil in which the bacon was fried, fry the chopped onion, carrots and celery for 5 to 7 minutes.
STEP 4

Add chopped potatoes to the vegetables and fry them with the vegetables for about five minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 5

Pour chicken broth into the vegetables, stir and cook the soup over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked.
STEP 6

Puree the finished soup using an immersion blender, pour in the cream and stir. Bring the soup to a boil and remove from heat. Add more salt and pepper if necessary.
STEP 7

Pour the finished hot cream soup with bacon into bowls. In portions, place fried bacon, grated cheese and fresh herbs on each plate. Bon appetit!
