As a child, I remember how my grandmother’s kitchen was filled with the aroma of fresh pies and spices. Every weekend we would get together as a family, and that's when I fell in love with the process of cooking. Long conversations at the table, laughter and joy - it was sacred. Growing up, I discovered the cuisines of the world, drawing inspiration from the traditions of different peoples. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. Sometimes simple ingredients can create real masterpieces, and everyone can feel the joy when their dishes bring loved ones together around the table.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Hattori Nutrition College.
