STEP 1

We prepare products from the list. We will make the dough with sour cream, and not with kefir, as many are more accustomed to.
STEP 2

Pour sour cream into a deep bowl. Add soda and wait until it goes out.
STEP 3

Beat the eggs into the sour cream and beat everything well with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 4

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt and sugar. If you don't like sweet pancakes, add less sugar.
STEP 5

Add the flour mixture to the sour cream and knead the dough, which resembles the thickness of fatty sour cream. Let the dough sit and rest for a while. There is no need to knead it before frying the pancakes.
STEP 6

Pour refined vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it well. We make medium fire. Scoop up the dough with a spoon and place it in the pan in the form of neat flat cakes. For this purpose, you can use a special silicone mold with round holes. In it, the pancakes are the same size, the same shape, all one to one, as if selected - perfectly round, with smooth edges. Fry the pancakes on both sides until browned.
STEP 7

Now you know how to cook fluffy pancakes with sour cream. If you do everything correctly, you will end up with loose and airy pancakes with an amazing taste. You can serve them with sour cream, yogurt, condensed milk, jam (strawberry, raspberry, apricot, cherry, etc.) or jam (apple, plum, etc.).
