Avocado with yogurt and egg

STEP 1
For the salad you needed: avocado, eggs, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper.
STEP 2
The eggs should be boiled and then the whites should be separated from the yolks.
STEP 3
Grind the yolks with a fork.
STEP 4
Peel the avocado and cut into pieces. My advice to prevent the avocado from turning brown is to leave the pit in the chopped avocado. At the very end, when you mix all the ingredients, you can remove the pit.
STEP 5
Add mayonnaise, yogurt and vinegar to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Then add salt and pepper to your taste. The garlic should be chopped and also added to the mixture.
STEP 6
Cut the egg whites into small cubes and add to the finished mixture.
STEP 7
Mix the salad with the sauce.
STEP 8
Spread the resulting avocado with egg on pita bread or bread and eat.
STEP 9
I like it. I made toast and put salad on top. It turned out great!
