Avocado pasta

An easy, tasty dish will be ready in 15 minutes! Italian cuisine is one of my favorites. Having tried avocado paste once in my life, I cook it quite often. To prepare avocado pasta according to this recipe, first we need to properly boil the spaghetti. In most cases, this will only require careful adherence to the instructions on the package. I can also advise you to reduce the time indicated on the label by a minute and taste the finished spaghetti.

Darinochka, as I understand it, you meant 300 grams of FRESH spaghetti? It’s a great pity, but I haven’t come across them anywhere except Italy, so I had to make do with regular dry pasta. I cooked tagliatelle for the photo stage, took 125 grams, it turned out to be just 2 servings, and the amount of sauce, cheese and capers was right. Thank you very much, wonderful recipe, very delicate creamy sauce - I love avocado. By the way, a super thing for winter posts: avocados are just in season!
