STEP 1
Let's prepare the necessary ingredients for making flatbreads and start cooking. Wash the greens thoroughly and dry.
STEP 2
Let's start preparing the dough. Mix flour with half a teaspoon of salt and add water. Knead the dough into a tight dough, like dumplings. Mix well and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
STEP 3
Finely chop all the greens. But first you need to scald the nettle with boiling water so that it does not burn.
STEP 4
We form cakes from the resulting dough. I got 5 pieces.
STEP 5
Place a fifth of the greens in the middle of the flatbread, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.
STEP 6
Carefully pinch the edges of the cake. Thus, we form all 5 cakes.
STEP 7
Place the flatbreads on a preheated dry frying pan.
STEP 8
Fry the cakes on both sides several minutes before the appearance of brown spots. Remove them from the pan and lubricate them with butter.
STEP 9
