I've always been fascinated by names of dishes reminiscent of other countries. It seems that there is something about them that cannot be comprehended without living there, without knowing the culture of this country. Therefore, with great interest, I set about cooking Arabic chicken in the oven with nuts. I took two chicken legs. In a large plate, I beat an egg, added a little salt, grated cheese, and added some fried onions of my own. I didn’t have any nuts. I rolled the ham in flour and then in batter. I put it in a greased form and, covering it with foil, put it in the oven. Once the chicken was cooked through, I removed the foil and let it brown a little on top. The chicken turned out delicious! Especially crispy crust. We ate it with fluffy rice and enjoyed it! Thank you very much for the wonderful recipe!
