Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make wine from apple juice at home? Take sugar and apples to make wine.
STEP 2

Choose apples of any variety and any color.
STEP 3

Wash all apples thoroughly with cold water.
STEP 4

Cut the apples into pieces large enough to fit into the opening of your juicer.
STEP 5

Squeeze the juice from the apples. From 20 kg, on average, 15 liters of juice are obtained, depending on the variety and juiciness of the apples.
STEP 6

Strain the apple juice through several layers of gauze.
STEP 7

Pour the juice into large bottles, filling them three-quarters full.
STEP 8

Add sugar to the juice at the rate of 200 grams per 1 liter. Stir the juice thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
STEP 9

Install water seals on the bottles. Add water as it evaporates. The fermentation process will last 1-1.5 months. Place the bottles in a dark place at room temperature.
STEP 10

The wine has become almost transparent, but not yet light, there are no visible bubbles, which means the fermentation process has almost come to an end. Drain the liquid into jars using a tube, leaving sediment at the bottom, strain through several layers of gauze. The sediment itself can also be filtered through a thick layer of gauze.
STEP 11

Close the jars tightly with lids. You can understand that the fermentation process has completely stopped by the fact that the wine has become completely transparent, amber in color, and bubbles are no longer released. Strain the wine again through layers of cheesecloth, leaving the sediment at the bottom.
STEP 12

Young apple wine can already be drunk, but it is better to let it ripen for another 1-1.5 months, closing it with a lid. Store apple wine in a cool place, always dark, so that it does not lose its beautiful color. This wine can be stored for quite a long time, but not more than 2 years. Cook with pleasure!
