Drain the liquid into jars using a tube, leaving sediment at the bottom, strain through several layers of gauze. The sediment itself can also be filtered through a thick layer of gauze.

You can understand that the fermentation process has completely stopped by the fact that the wine has become completely transparent, amber in color, and bubbles are no longer released. Strain the wine again through layers of cheesecloth, leaving the sediment at the bottom.

    Young apple wine can already be drunk, but it is better to let it ripen for another 1-1.5 months, closing it with a lid. Store apple wine in a cool place, always dark, so that it does not lose its beautiful color. This wine can be stored for quite a long time, but not more than 2 years. Cook with pleasure!

I made wine from apple juice at home using this recipe. A very simple and easy way to prepare. The only thing is that you have to wait a long time) There were a large number of apples and something had to be done. I picked the apples, squeezed out the apple juice and set them to ferment with sugar in large containers. I installed a water seal and added water. After fermentation, I strained, the sediment remained at the bottom. I still left the young apple wine in the jars for the time specified in the recipe, tightly closing the lids. I got 20 liters of apple wine from 30-35 kg of apples. 3 months have passed and here it is - the moment of truth! We tried it) Awesome homemade apple wine with minimal effort.
