Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until the sugar is completely dissolved. Sift flour with baking powder into a separate bowl. Instead of baking powder, you can use soda slaked with vinegar.

Combine the liquid and dry ingredients of the dough and mix until smooth, the dough should not be thick, but not too liquid, it should stick slightly to your hands. Wash the apples, peel them, remove the core and cut them first into slices and then into small cubes. Gently fold the apples into the batter.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. With hands dipped in water, form medium-sized balls, place them on a baking sheet and press lightly on top. From the specified amount of ingredients I got 13 medium-sized cookies.

Place the baking sheet with cookies in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes, until the top is lightly browned. We take the liver out of the oven, let it cool completely on the baking sheet and serve with tea.
