STEP 1
Prepare all the ingredients for the dough
STEP 2
Beat eggs with sugar until foamy.
STEP 3
Cut the margarine into pieces and add to the whipped mixture. Mix everything. Add salt and soda. Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 4
Gradually adding 300 gr. flour, continue stirring. Then scatter the remaining flour in a heap on the table, lay out the resulting dough and continue kneading the dough until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
STEP 5
Divide the resulting mass into 6 parts. Roll them into 6 balls, put them on a plate and put them in the freezer for an hour.
STEP 6
After an hour, take out one ball at a time and three on a coarse grater. Grease the baking sheet with sunflower oil or place parchment. Place the resulting text flagella in one layer on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees. When the bottom layer of dough begins to brown and turns light brown, turn the white side down and bake the dough for another 5-7 minutes. Makes two baking sheets.
STEP 7
While the dough is baking, prepare the cream. It is better to take boiled condensed milk so as not to waste time on cooking regular milk (we will make your work easier and save time).

Mix butter with boiled condensed milk.
STEP 9
Add sour cream and mix everything well until smooth. Sour cream makes the cream not so viscous.
STEP 10
Remove the cookies and let cool.
STEP 11
When the cookies have cooled, break them with a mortar, but not to dust, but so that you get small pieces no more than a centimeter.
STEP 12
Mix the resulting sand mass with the cream.
STEP 13
Place on a plate in the form of a slide. We create an imitation of ants by decorating the cake with powder or poppy seeds.
STEP 14
Place the cake in a cool place for several hours. Guests and household members can rest. Bon appetit!
