I love this pie! And less dough, and more filling. Instead of sugar, I pour honey on the apples, and sprinkle them with cinnamon from the heart.... I do the same with cabbage, fish, and mushrooms (of course, the dough is not so sweet). Now that I saw it, I immediately wanted it!!! Thank you !
