I haven’t cooked chopped chicken cutlets yet, but I really wanted to try it) The cutlets turned out to be very tender. They are very simple and easy to prepare. I took chicken breast, it itself was a bit dry, but in the cutlets the meat became soft and tender. I had doubts that the chicken would cook in such a short time. It turned out that the cutlets were completely baked and did not need to be steamed. I didn't add dill, but I did add sweet paprika. The chicken cutlets taste great, everyone loved them!

I made Albanian-style chicken cutlets from chicken. I cut the chilled chicken fillet into small cubes, added all the other ingredients and spices, a little dill, thoroughly mixed the resulting minced meat and put it in the refrigerator (I got it to stand for almost two hours). Fry the cutlets on both sides until browned. When frying, the cutlets easily turn over and keep their shape. It turned out juicy, appetizing, very tasty! Served with rice and fresh vegetables.
