STEP 1

STEP 2
Beat the softened butter with a mixer, gradually adding 50 g of sugar.
STEP 3
Then stir in the egg yolk and lemon or orange zest into this mixture. (Protein will be needed later).
STEP 4
Then mix the starch with flour and add to the butter mixture. Mix well until smooth.
STEP 5
In one bowl, lightly whisk the remaining egg white. Pour the remaining 50 g of sugar into another plate.
STEP 6
Prepare a baking sheet, grease it with oil. Let's start forming cookies: take 2 teaspoons of dough and roll into a ball with your hands.
STEP 7
Roll the ball first in egg white, then in sugar. Place the resulting balls on a baking sheet.
STEP 8
Now use your finger to carefully make an indentation in each cookie. Leave gaps between cookies of at least 2 cm. Set to bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 9
Carefully remove the cookies from the baking sheet. Then fill the cavity of the cooled cookies with jam or jam. The cookies are ready. Bon appetit!
