  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make adjika tomato tempting for the winter? Wash the tomatoes and, after removing the stems and tails, dry and cut into pieces.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Chop the tomatoes in a convenient way. This can be any grinding agent that can turn tomatoes into pulp. I grinded everything in a blender until the mass reached the desired consistency.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then I poured the tomato mixture into the saucepan and added oil.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Put sugar in the juice, dissolve it and simmer for half an hour.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Peel the washed sweet peppers, remove the stems and cut into the desired format (it all depends on how you will grind the ingredients).

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Peel and wash the garlic.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Chop the chili pepper, removing seeds and stems.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Chop the garlic and peppers.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Add it all to the tomato mass. And at the very end, 3 minutes before turning off, add salt to taste and add your favorite spices.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

During these fifteen minutes, while all this beauty is boiling down, sterilize both the jars and the lids. Let them stand, because... there should be no moisture in them.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Our bait is ready. Immediately pour into jars. Once rolled up, let cool.
