We peel the potatoes, wash them well and make cuts, cutting not all the way through about 5 mm.
STEP 3

Cut the lard into thin pieces
STEP 4

Carefully insert pieces of lard into the cuts; be careful, raw potatoes are very fragile and tend to break
STEP 5

Salt and pepper
STEP 6

Sprinkle with dry rosemary or other spices to taste
STEP 7

Cover the form with foil and place in the oven at 190 degrees for 60-80 minutes, depending on the size and type of potatoes, but keep an eye - perhaps the potatoes will be ready earlier

Open the foil and bake without it for the last 10 minutes.
