Buckwheat crops produce kernels, flour and medical preparations. Buckwheat is an extremely healthy product - a real storehouse of vitamins and microelements. India is considered its homeland. And the name comes from the word “Greek”, since it once came to Kievan Rus from this Mediterranean country. Today Russia is the leader in buckwheat production. And it’s not surprising, because this product enjoys well-deserved popularity in our country.
Interesting recipe: 1. Boil meat or vegetable broth. Strain.2. Bring to a boil and add buckwheat.3. Boil for 15.4 minutes. Peel the onion, garlic.5. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.6.
