Well, we were surprised! I have never seen anything like this before. A completely original soup. Probably the taste is not for everyone. I'll have to try to do it. I love buckwheat very much and cook it often. True, I have a very cool attitude towards tomatoes and, especially, tomato paste. I'll try adding paprika and bell pepper instead of tomatoes.
