The recipe is very simple, and the ingredients for making this soup are readily available. The soup turned out to be very tasty and satisfying, and most importantly, even a child can prepare the soup using such a simple recipe. My eleven year old son mastered the preparation of the soup; I will remember this day for a long time, because... The soup turned out to be very, very tasty. I advise everyone to make this soup. P.S. I would like to add that buckwheat can be replaced with millet, and bay leaves (1-2 pieces) can be added as a spice, then the soup will acquire a different taste and aroma.
