Since early childhood, the kitchen has been a real magical place for me, where the aroma of fresh baked goods mixed with the voices of relatives. I remember how my mother taught me how to knead dough for pies, and my grandmother shared the secrets of family recipes. Each dish was not just food, but a connecting link between generations. Traveling around the world, I absorbed a variety of cultures and cuisines, gaining inspiration for my ideas. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, and everyone can create something amazing in their own kitchen, gathering around those they love.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Science and Food Innovation at National University of Singapore.
