Soup with meat in a slow cooker
Delicious soup with pieces of fried meat. I really liked the soup, the cooking technology and the taste.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Products that we will need.
STEP 2

Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, cut the meat into small pieces, place in a multicooker bowl and fry in the "FRY" mode.
STEP 3

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, rinse the buckwheat, and place in the slow cooker for frying.
STEP 4

Pour water, salt, add bay leaf. Turn on the "STEW" mode for 1.5 hours.
STEP 5

Add greens to the plate to taste. Bon appetit!

I prepared meat soup in a slow cooker with pork. It was somewhat strange for me that you first need to fry the meat, and then fill it with water and prepare the soup itself. But I did not deviate from the recipe, I did everything in accordance with the author’s recommendations. The soup turned out to be very rich and aromatic. Buckwheat gave the soup its pleasant taste. The pieces of meat became soft during cooking. Of course, one cannot help but note the convenience and ease of preparing soup in a slow cooker. Thank you very much for the recipe!
