An excellent lean soup is no less healthy and satisfying than meat soup! Prepares very quickly, a new version of soup with dumplings. You can eat without bread. You can add mushrooms and tomatoes. Tasty and satisfying. Soup with buckwheat, which is good to prepare if there is dough left from dumplings and buckwheat from the side dish.

I wanted to make some light soup for lunch. I liked the recipe for meatless lean buckwheat soup with dumplings. The composition includes the simplest products. And cooking such a soup is not difficult at all and does not take long. I prepared the soup using water. It is very convenient that the onions and carrots are fried immediately in the pan. So there is a minimum of dirty dishes left. For dumplings of flour (highest grade), I needed a little more, about 220 grams. The dough turns out to be very soft, tender, pliable. My soup turned out to be quite thick. Even though I cooked the soup in water, its taste is very rich and bright. Dumplings perfectly complement the soup, making it richer. The children especially liked them. Thank you very much for the recipe!

Good day everyone!!! I really liked the recipe!!! My loved ones too!!! The only thing is that I sautéed the onion separately and added it at the end of cooking the soup. The smell of fried onions is still there! Thanks for the recipe)
