    Finely chop one head of onion, which is then placed in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry, stirring with a spatula.

    Roughly, but not very coarsely, chop five hundred grams of mushrooms; in our recipe we use oyster mushrooms, which are then placed in a pan with onions, then mix all the ingredients together and fry on medium heat on the stove.

    Cut one medium carrot into small random pieces and place it in a pan with onions and mushrooms.
