STEP 1
How to bake zucchini with mushrooms in the oven with cheese? Prepare all ingredients. Take young zucchini. Total weight includes peel. Take cheese with a fat content of at least 50%, it will give an even, appetizing crust. You will need sour cream with a fat content of about 15%. STEP 2
Rinse the zucchini under running water to remove any remaining soil and debris. Dry the zucchini, cut off the ends and bad areas on the peel. Cut the zucchini into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
STEP 3

Fry each piece of zucchini on both sides, adding a little salt. This is done so that the zucchini quickly bakes in the oven and the cheese that will be on top does not burn. Choose the frying time yourself. If you like the crunch of a young vegetable, then you can not fry them at all, but simply cut them thinner.
STEP 4
Rinse the champignons under running water, remove any debris and remaining soil if necessary. Cut the mushrooms into slices. I also fry the champignons, but just for a few minutes.
STEP 5
Lightly grease the baking dish with oil. Place fried zucchini slices as the first layer. Place zucchini slices in a second layer, alternating them with fried champignons. If you have a low shape, then everything can be laid out in one layer. You don’t have to bother, but lay everything out together, without alternating, but in the end result the layout looks neater.
STEP 6
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix sour cream, chopped garlic and a little salt. Don't forget that the zucchini added a little salt while frying. Pour the sour cream mixture over everything evenly.
STEP 7
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the zucchini. Place the dish with vegetables and mushrooms in an oven preheated to 180° until golden brown. STEP 8
Zucchini with mushrooms, baked in the oven, serve hot. This is a separate dish, but for a more satisfying dinner you can serve it with boiled rice or potatoes. Bon appetit!
