I was interested in the recipe because of its unusual combination of ingredients. I decided to cook zucchini with mushrooms baked in the oven. Only instead of champignons I have porcini mushrooms, which were frozen and boiled. Young zucchini cut into cubes and fried. I also fried porcini mushrooms. I also added fried onions on my own, how can there be mushrooms without onions))) I layered zucchini, mushrooms, onions, sour cream, cheese and baked it as written in the recipe. A stunning dish made from affordable ingredients. Fried mushrooms with onions and sour cream are always a winner. But it was the zucchini that gave the dish its juiciness. It's unusual, original and very tasty. The cheese crust is crispy and the aroma of garlic perfectly complements the dish. Very good recipe! Thanks to the author!
