STEP 1

Rinse the zucchini thoroughly in running water to remove any dirt. cut it into rings, 1.5-2 cm thick.

Place the chopped zucchini in the frying pan. Fry them over low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. they will become softer.
STEP 4

For the cheese filling, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 5

Add chopped herbs and mayonnaise to the cheese. Pass a couple of cloves of garlic through a press. Mix all ingredients.

Sprinkle the zucchini with a little salt and spices. You can add ground pepper and dried herbs. For example, basil.

The zucchini will be soft, but will not fall apart yet. Remove them to a paper towel to soak up excess oil.
STEP 8
