It's very quick and easy to make fried zucchini with cheese and garlic. A great combination of ingredients, cheese and garlic complement the zucchini perfectly. I fried a young zucchini with peel in odorless oil over medium heat until soft. For the dressing I used dill instead of parsley for my own reasons. I added a little more garlic, I really like it. Combined grated cheese with garlic, dill and mayonnaise. I made towers from two fried zucchini slices with dressing. The appetizer turned out to be amazingly tasty, it’s perfect when served cold. What I really liked about this recipe is that the zucchini is fried without flour or eggs. And also the fact that no spices or even salt are used in the dish.
