To do this, I cut the zucchini about 1 cm thick. If you make the thickness smaller, the zucchini will become softer, but that’s what you like. And the crust is formed by frying over fairly high heat, otherwise it will turn out to be a stewed version. But in order to quickly and efficiently roll the zucchini slices in flour, I used one simple method. I put the already salted and dried zucchini in a bag, poured in flour and shook well. All that remains is to fry. I served the crispy, garlicky zucchini warm with fresh tomatoes. This is delicious! Thanks to the author!
