STEP 1
How to deliciously fry zucchini in a frying pan with garlic and mayonnaise? Prepare the necessary ingredients. It is better to use zucchini that is young, tender, and without rough seeds inside. Wash them thoroughly and dry them. Wash and dry the greens. I recommend using homemade mayonnaise.
STEP 2
If the zucchini skin is thick and tough, cut it off. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick. Place them in a bowl. Salt the zucchini, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. Drain off the released juice.
STEP 3
Start preparing the breading. To do this, pour the flour into a wide plate. We will not use anything other than this.
STEP 4
Dip both sides of the zucchini slices in flour.
STEP 5

STEP 6
Transfer the fried zucchini to a plate. If there is too much fat, you can first place the fried vegetables on a paper towel, and only then transfer them to a dish.
STEP 7

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Combine garlic with mayonnaise and ground pepper.

Stir the sauce until smooth.
STEP 10
Brush the fried zucchini with garlic mayonnaise sauce.
STEP 11
You can leave the appetizer as is, or you can place another row of zucchini on top and also grease it with mayonnaise sauce. Garnish the tops of the squash towers with parsley sprigs. Bon appetit!
