STEP 1

How to make zucchini baked with cheese in the PP oven? Prepare the indicated products. Choose young zucchini with thin skin; you can take one medium one or, like mine, two small ones. You can use sour cream of any fat content, hard cheese (I used Parmesan), but you can choose any one to suit your taste. How to replace different types of cheeses, read the article at the end of the recipe. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.
STEP 2

Wash the zucchini in running water and dry with a towel. Cut into slices 0.5 centimeters thick. Line a baking dish or baking sheet with baking paper and place the circles on it. The circles can be salted separately, or not, because the sour cream and garlic cap will also contain salt.
STEP 3

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix fresh sour cream with chopped garlic and grated cheese, add a little salt. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste. Place 0.5-1 tablespoon (depending on the diameter of the zucchini circle) of sour cream and cheese mixture on each zucchini circle.
STEP 4

When preparing such a dish, you can sprinkle the zucchini with chopped dill before baking, or you can do this after cooking. I made two options, and the zucchini with fresh herbs (not baked with the zucchini) seemed more aromatic and tastier to me. For the first option, in this step, sprinkle each zucchini circle with chopped herbs. Place the pan with the zucchini in the oven and bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.
