STEP 1
Two types of tartare are prepared separately: the ingredients are mixed in different containers. Finely chop the black grenadier fillet with a knife (do not use a meat grinder, the mass will give a lot of excess moisture). Chop vegetables and canned capers.
STEP 2
Mix all ingredients according to the composition of each tartare.
STEP 3
Carefully place both types on a plate in the shape of a Yin-Yang symbol. Serve the dish with white or black bread.
