Yeast puff pastry puff

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make puff pastries from yeast dough? Prepare your food. Usually the finished dough consists of two plates. Remove it from the freezer in advance, remove it from the packaging and leave it at room temperature for a few minutes. Then separate the plates from each other and leave until completely softened. You can take absolutely any cheese - both hard and soft. Also choose greens according to your taste. I took dill.
STEP 2

First prepare the filling. How to make the filling? Wash fresh greens, dry well and chop finely.
STEP 3

Grate the hard cheese. In a deep bowl, mix chopped herbs, grated cheese, and cream cheese. If desired, you can add your favorite spices, salt, if it seems too little, or garlic, passed through a press.
STEP 4

Mix everything well until smooth. The filling is ready.
STEP 5

Place the defrosted dough on a flat surface, cut each layer into four squares (pieces). To make the finished puff pastry more fluffy, it is better not to roll out the dough, but, if necessary, just stretch it slightly with your hands.
STEP 6

Place the prepared filling on each square, about one tablespoon.
STEP 7

You can roll the puff pastries in any way: triangle, square, etc. Just be sure to pinch the edges very well so that they don’t come apart during baking. For convenience, you can take a fork and press the edges with it.
STEP 8

Brush the finished puff pastries with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. If you have free time, you can leave the formed products in a warm place to increase volume. But you can bake them right away.
STEP 9

Bake the puff pastries in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden brown, 20-30 minutes. Remove the finished products from the oven and cool slightly. Cheese puffs taste better warm, as the cheese becomes hard when cold. Then you can warm them up in the microwave.
