The dough turned out great! I stewed cabbage along with carrots and onions. Well, since I don’t have an oven at home, I fried them in a frying pan in vegetable oil. I spread a paper towel on a plate, placed the pies on them so that the excess oil was absorbed into the towel, and covered it with a paper towel. Before serving, I removed the towels and ate pies with tea with milk and sugar.

Grandma's pies - as they call them in our family! This dough is delicious even raw! Only we don't cook in the oven. Everything is the same, both the filling and the dough, we just fry it in a frying pan in dark vegetable oil. Crispy crust and beautiful appearance. The family loves it very much - a win-win dish!
