Yeast dough for sweet roll with vanilla

Dissolve dry yeast in warm milk
STEP 3
Add 1 table. sugar and 1 table. l. flour
STEP 4
Mix well until the yeast dissolves and lumps of flour do not form.
STEP 5
Cover with a towel, leave in a warm place and wait 20-30 minutes, but no more, otherwise the yeast may ferment
STEP 6
After 20 minutes, add the egg to the dough
STEP 7
Remaining sugar

Half a packet of vanillin or 0.5 teaspoon. l. vanilla sugar
STEP 9
Vegetable oil
STEP 10
Melted butter in a water bath or in the microwave

Mix thoroughly

Combine flour and our liquid mixture

Using a spoon and then using your hands, knead the dough. If you have a bread machine, great, entrust this step to it; personally, it helps me a lot with kneading! You need to knead the dough by hand for about 10-15 minutes. To be honest, this particular dough is quite sticky, but very tasty!

A well-kneaded dough will be smooth and even.
STEP 15
Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour

And after an hour the dough had already risen well!
STEP 17
Knead again, but not for long, just to remove air bubbles. Our roll dough is ready!
STEP 18
I made a wonderful poppy seed roll from this dough!
