STEP 1
Place yeast and sugar in a mixing bowl. You can use either brown or white sugar, whichever you like.
STEP 2
Pour yeast and sugar with warm water.
STEP 3
Stir water, sugar and yeast until smooth.
STEP 4
Sift some of the measured amount of flour into a bowl and stir. The dough should be as thick as pancake dough. Cover the dough and place in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 5
The dough is ready when it starts to collapse in the center. Add butter and salt to the dough.
STEP 6
Sift the flour into the dough in portions and knead the dough. First in a bowl, and then on the table.
STEP 7
When the dough is soft and smooth, return it to the bowl and cover.
STEP 8
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
STEP 9
